I'm in the process of writing a letter right now to request for $3 million to Otto and to pay for the Asadorian property possibly as a means for him to have additional security on the ABT and the Terreblanc which out of those funds the $3 million will be paid back but in the interim out of the $3 million we would like to close escrow or open escrow on either the Capitol Hill and or the the Asadorian, which is a preliminary manufacturing site to build the commercial structures with ADT.

That way, he could use the Asadorian property, which is approximately millions of million trees, and maybe more in value after he had put some work into it. That would be an asset for him as collateral for the loan. And we would maybe have the possibility to secure that. Also to pay for engineering, legal fees, certified financial fees and things up front. We're in the process of writing that now. You will not need the entire amount of money, but we need to give him some security and get his requirements for how to finish that workshop area. It must be sealed because they will need to work there all of this winter.

Is that built into the plan overly? I know that you had structured some lists. I had approximately 25,000, 35,000 for Wallachians. Excellent. Very good. That should be sufficient.
